1. Accounts Executive

  • Overall team leadership, provides guidance to subordinates, review day-to-day financial and accounting tasks prepared by them.
  • Manage the development of internal controls on but not limited to operation functions, Standard Operating Procedures for day-to-day financial operations of the Company.
  • Regular review on monthly management accounts including preparation and checking of all schedules including related accounts reconciliation.
  • Extract and analyse data and liaise with respective personnel to resolve financial operational matters.
  • Liaise with auditors, bankers and perform any assigned ad-hoc tasks from time-to-time
Requirement:
  1. Candidate must possess Accounting degree with minimum 3 years of working experience in related field.
  2. Working experience in audit firm will be an added advantage
  3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially in Excel.
  4. Proficient in both written and spoken English and ability to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.
  5. Knowledge in SAP system will be an added advantage.

 

 

2. Accounts Clerk

  • Assist in day-to-day financial operations of Accounts department.
  • Liaise with all departments and branches in payment, collection and invoice matters.
  • Perform clerical duties such as prepare payments, prepare banking documents for signatories, update company cash flow, etc.
  • Maintain filing system to ease documents tracking.
  • Reconcile given ledger in a timely manner.
  • Any other duties assigned from time-to-time.
Requirement:
  1. Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent with minimum one year of working experience in related field.
  2. Knowledge of basic book-keeping or data entry.
  3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially in Excel.
  4. Good command in English and and ability to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.
  5. Familiar with SAP system will be an added advantage.
