Customer Service Operation, Executive – Base in Sibu (1 post)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the overall management of the service centre.

  • Manager service centre’s staff towards high level of productivity, competency and commitment.

  • Responsible for after-sales customer care activities to ensure delivery of excellent customer service.

  • Prepare required reports including warranty and technical reports.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Engineering / Mass Communication or equivalent qualifications.

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in any related field.

  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Good team player with highly customer orientation.

  • Highly proficient in MS Office application.
