1.  LOGPOND IN-CHARGE CUM SHIPPER

Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to Operation Manager and Executive Director.
  • Responsible for safely coordinating all operations in the log pond.
  • Lead safety performance to sustain a rigorous safety culture through personal example, operate to highest standards and comply with all regulations and policies.
  • Daily reporting to the Administration Department and Marketing Department for log inventory records.
  • Communicate properly with Marketing Department to ensure correct product mix is being achieved to maximize profitability and adopt first in first out policies.
  • Coordinate scalers based on log flow and log pond constraints.
  • Work with Camp Manager on logs / load quality issues and logs flow.
  • Maximize log pond production and efficiency.
  • Budgeting (Cost constraint / Crew scheduling).
  • Supervise and arrange loading of logs to ocean vessels by barge.
  • Assist and prepare all shipping documents for vessel clearance and declaration purposes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent.
  • Good spoken and written English language.
  • Minimum five (5) years working experience in the related field.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Excel Applications.
  • Able to work independently.

 

 

2.  ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Administration Manager in all administrative works.
  • Act on of behalf of Administration Manager when he is on traveling or absent from office.
  • Perform and supervise general office activities, filing, process outgoing and incoming mail, and distribute messages to appropriate team members.
  • Oversee the preparation, analysis, negotiation, and review of contracts related to purchasing materials, supplies, products, or services.
  • Create and maintain effective internal controls for equipment inventory.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the Administration Department and team members.
  • Hire, train, and evaluate employees and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Work with accounting and Management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
  • Supervise and monitor payroll preparation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business or equivalent.
  • Good spoken and written English language.
  • Minimum three (3) years working experience in the related field.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Excel Applications.
  • Able to work independently.



3.  ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Accounting Department.
  • Analyze financial records to identify errors and discrepancies.
  • Process transactions, issue cheque, and update ledgers, budget, etc.
  • Regularly update all accounting ledgers and journals.
  • Perform reconciliations of Company’s bank accounts to ensure accuracy of cash records.
  • Enter clients’ transaction data into the appropriate accounting program.
  • Record petty cash transactions in the petty cash journal.
  • Ensure that all office expenditures remain within budget.
  • Back up all office and client records to prevent loss of data.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma, Advanced or Higher Diploma in Accounting.
  • Good spoken and written English language.
  • Minimum three (3) years working experience in the related field is required.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Excel & SQL Accounting Applications.

 

 

4.  PRODUCTION CLERK

Responsibilities:

  • Perform moderate clerical work, including but not limited to record processing and general office support functions.
  • Perform and compile documents needed for various reports.
  • Prepare and manage camp production reports.
  • Prepare log production statement for royalty application.
  • Assist Camp Manager and Log pond In-Charge in all logs inventory processes.
  • Key in and generate record for all production productivity as per individual workers.
  • Provide back-up for other employees or departments, as needed and assigned.
  • Perform related additional duties as required and assigned.
  • Report to Assistant Administration Manager / Administration Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma, Advanced or Higher Diploma in Accounting.
  • Good spoken and written English language.
  • Minimum three (3) years working experience in the related field.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Excel Applications.

 

 

5.  STORE IN-CHARGE

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Camp Manager and Administration Manager.
  • Responsible for managing the overall functioning of the store.
  • Provide and update daily, weekly and monthly inventory records for Administration Manager and HQ Administration Department.
  • Ensure the operation is meeting the targets and earning profit or cost saving.
  • Maintain the overall image of the store to be clean. Ensure shelves and racks are properly stocked and products do not fall off the shelves. Install clear signage displaying the name and coding shall install at the right place.
  • Supervise a group of employee for inventory management functions.
  • Responsible to manage all the asset of the store.
  • Assist Camp Manager for all materials and goods required by operation. Act as the focal person to do assessment and filtering for all request.
  • Prepare requisition and purchase order.
  • Coordinate with delivery and transportation arrangement from suppliers and vendor.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma, Advanced or Higher Diploma in related field.
  • Good spoken and written English language.
  • Minimum five (5) years working experience in the related field.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Excel Applications.
  • Able to work independently.

 

 

6.  STORE KEEPER

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Store In-charge.
  • Maintain receipts, records and withdrawals of the stockroom.
  • Receive, unload, and shelve supplies.
  • Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
  • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
  • Coordinate the handling and movement of equipment and necessary minor repairs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma, Advanced or Higher Diploma in related field.
  • Good spoken and written English language.
  • Minimum three (3) years working experience in the related field.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Excel Applications.
  • Able to work independently.
